Drive-By Shooter Forgets To Roll Down Window
A Wisconsin man made an obvious mistake while allegedly attempting to commit a crime last week. The "Appleton Post-Crescent" reports that Andrew Burwitz forgot to roll down his window as he allegedly attempted a drive-by shooting. Last Monday, the 20-year-old reportedly fired shots at his ex-girlfriend's home and another random residence. Burwitz apparently forgot to roll down his window and wound up leaving glass all over the road. Appleton police examined the broken glass and eventually discovered that the mistake-prone gunman had his window replaced at a nearby auto shop. Burwitz was subsequently arrested and admitted to the crime. He has been charged with four counts of endangering safety by reckless use of a firearm, four counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. Burwitz is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Wednesday.
