Man Arrested For Painting Dog Pink

A colorful canine has landed an Indiana man in hot water with the law. According to the "Tribune-Star," Robert Carter was arrested last Saturday for allegedly painting a woman's dog pink. Terre Haute police visited Carter's residence after speaking with the animal's owner, but another man opened the door and tried to tell the authorities Carter wasn't home. Police didn't believe the man, as they saw Carter looking out the window when they pulled up. The 19-year-old was eventually found hiding under blankets on the balcony, and placed under arrest. It was later revealed that Carter had a warrant out for his arrest for theft charges. He is now due back in court on July 26th for a trial pertaining to the theft charges.
