Lindsay Lohan Scheduled For Court Appearance Wednesday

Lindsay Lohan is due back in court this week. The "Mean Girls" star is under scrutiny again for possible probation violation. The allegation stems from Lohan's most recent brush with the law involving a felony grand theft charge linked to a stolen necklace. Earlier this month, a judge revoked Lohan's probation and ordered her to return to court this Wednesday, February 23rd. The actress is currently on probation for a pair of DUI convictions from 2007. She was released from rehab early last month after a three-month stay that followed a stint in jail last summer and another brief visit to rehab. The actress is accused of stealing a 25-hundred dollar necklace from a jewelry store in Venice, California in January. Friends say Lohan was under the impression that the necklace was on loan. She could be sentenced to three years in prison if prosecuted and convicted.
