Man Arrested For Driving Into 41 Mailboxes

Several residents of Buffalo Grove, Illinois will have a difficult time receiving their mail thanks to one frustrated motorist. Jordan Weiman was arrested last Tuesday after he allegedly ran over 41 mailboxes. Police were notified after one victim found a portion of the vehicle's bumper with the license plate attached lying next to his mailbox. Authorities contacted the owner of the license plate, who admitted that Weiman was her brother and had taken her car without her permission. When contacted by police, Weiman admitted that he accidentally ran over the first few mailboxes, but decided to continue on his crime spree out of frustration. The "Daily Herald" is reporting that the 20-year-old is now facing 41 counts of criminal damage to property.
