Man Arrested 99 times

(Mobile, AL) -- An Alabama man is reaching the dubious distinction of being arrested 100 times. William Bradley Bankston racked up his 99th last year after being booked into the Mobile County Jail. It's taken him the 47-year-old several decades to accumulate the trips to jail with most of them coming for drunk and disorderly conduct. He was booked in February for accosting and assaulting a 69-year-old man and also taken into custody in April for threatening to kill someone. The district attorney decided not to prosecute Bankston in both cases.
