Fayette Co. Man Arrested For Prank Calling 911

(Fayette Co., PA) -- Making multiple prank phone calls to a 911 emergency number are the accusations facing a Pennsylvania man. Officials say Richard Crossland of Uniontown called the number in Fayette County several times over a few months. In some cases the 49-year-old allegedly reported a domestic shooting and hostage situation. Not many people are laughing about it and Crossland is charged with four counts each of false alarms and false reports.
