Woman Accused of Getting Kids to Break Into Home

(Nashua, NH) -- A New Hampshire woman is behind bars after accusations she talked four kids into breaking into a home. Officials in Nashua say 37-year-old Marion Smith got two boys and two girls to steal a safe last month from the home. Two of the four kids are related to Smith as is the person who who reportedly owns the safe. Officers say she opened the safe once it was taken, kept a portion of the money inside and sent a money transfer with what was left. Smith is charged with several counts, including criminal solicitation to burglary and receiving stolen property.
