Trace Adkins Visiting "The Talk," Saluting The Troops On TV

Trace Adkins has a couple of TV appearances on the horizon. The country star is scheduled to be a guest today on CBS' "The Talk." He's expected to chat with hosts as well as perform. But don't expect to hear one of his songs. Trace will be turning in the seasonal classic "The Christmas Song." Adkins returns to the small screen tomorrow. He's helping the World Wrestling Entertainment bring a little of the holiday spirit to the men and women in uniform on the TV special "WWE Tribute to the Troops." Sean "Diddy" Combs, Cedric The Entertainer, and "The View's" Sherri Shepherd are also on board for the event, which was taped at Fort Hood in Texas. Miss USA Rima Fakih and "Modern Family's" Ariel Winter will also appear, along with WWE stars including John Cena, Randy Orton, The Miz, and Rey Mysterio. "WWE Tribute to the Troops" will air on NBC Saturday at 9:00 p.m. Eastern.
