Russian Prison Adding Tanning Beds, Mud Baths

Fake tans are set to take over a prison in Moscow, Russia. According to the U.K.'s "Orange" news, the Butyrka remand prison is set to install several tanning beds. The facility is also planning to add mud baths, ultrasound systems, and Skype so that inmates can make video calls. The head of the prison, Sergei Telyatnikov, says inmates will have to apply to use the tanning beds, adding that they will also be charged for the service.
