Man Smokes Marijuana While Waiting For Child's Birth

An expectant father in Pennsylvania got in a little hot water earlier this week while trying to calm his nerves. The "Pittsburgh Tribune-Review" is reporting that a nurse at Uniontown Hospital went on a smoke break early Tuesday morning when she noticed the smell of marijuana. The woman saw two men near a shed and notified hospital security. Uniontown police were called to the scene and proceeded to question the men about their alleged smoking habits. One of the suspected stoners reportedly told police, quote, "I'm having a baby and wanted to get a buzz." The man then reached into his shoe and allegedly pulled out a bag containing marijuana. The dad-to-be was released to a family member and asked to leave the hospital. No charges have been filed in the case.
