MySpace Leads To Arrest Of Alleged Burglar
A Florida teenager picked an inopportune time to participate in a little social networking. The "Sun Sentinel" is reporting that authorities in Monroe County were called Sunday evening after the caretaker of a home saw someone sitting inside the living room. Police arrived to find an open back window, empty food containers around the house, and some marijuana on a coffee table. They also discovered that one of the computers in the home was logged into Robert Rupp's MySpace page. Police located the 18-year-old a short time later with two screwdrivers in his pocket. He reportedly admitted that he broke into the house because it was cold outside. Rupp is now facing charges of burglary, possession of burglary tools and theft.
