Motorist Jumps Seats To Avoid Arrest

A Florida man's desperate attempt to avoid arrest failed to come to fruition last Friday. NWFDailyNews.com is reporting that the man jumped from the driver's seat to the back of his car while the vehicle was still in motion to avoid being charged with driving without a license. The vehicle's passenger moved into the driver's seat and subsequently stopped the car. Unfortunately, the arresting officer witnessed the entire incident and eventually discovered that the driver had lost his license for failing to pay traffic fines. Police also found marijuana in the car. The alleged seat-jumping motorist is now facing charges of driving with a suspended license and possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana.
