Man In Breathalyzer Costume Arrested For DUI

A Nebraska teen probably should have dressed up as a designated driver this Halloween season. According to the "Lincoln Journal Star," Matthew Nieveen was dressed as a breathalyzer when he was arrested on DUI charges early Monday morning. Authorities say the 19-year-old Lincoln resident had slurred speech, watery eyes and several alcohol containers in his truck. Nieveen's blood-alcohol-content was reportedly twice the legal limit. He has been charged with second-offense driving under the influence and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
