Car Dealer Found Half-Naked, Armed In Bentley

The owner of a Chicago-area car dealership was arrested earlier this week after going on a bizarre test drive. According to the "Chicago Sun-Times," police encountered a half-naked Eugene Bernshtam in the passenger seat of a Bentley on Tuesday morning. The 43-year-old attempted to cover up his lower half when authorities arrived, but wound up admitting to police that he had just urinated in an alley. To make matters worse for Bernshtam, police went on to find a handgun in his car. Bernshtam -- who owns Berns Car Sales Company -- has been charged with unlawful use of a weapon and indecent exposure.
