Report: George Lopez Divorcing

Late night talk show host George Lopez is getting a divorce. In a statement, Lopez and his wife Ann said the decision to end their 17-year marriage was "amicable and by mutual agreement." The statement also says the couple will remain dedicated parents and committed business partners and work together for The Lopez Foundation. The couple has a 15-year-old daughter named Mayan. It was Ann Lopez who donated a kidney to her husband in 2005. The funnyman was diagnosed with a genetic kidney disease in 2004. Lopez hosts the late night talk show, "Lopez Tonight," Monday through Thursday on TBS at 11:00 pm Eastern.
