Colombian Named World's Shortest Man

A Colombian resident now holds the title of the world's shortest man. According to the U.K.'s "Orange" news, Edward Nino Hernandez -- who stands 27 inches tall -- claimed the title after the previous record holder, China's He Pingping, died in March. Hernandez is currently enjoying a growing acting career, but says being small does have its drawbacks. He states, quote, "It bothers me when people touch me and pick me up." Unfortunately for Hernandez, his reign as world's shortest man will be ending soon. Nepal's Khagendra Thapa Magar is the world's shortest teenager at 22 inches tall, but he turns 18 next month.
