ars Donate Damaged Instruments To Flood Relief Auction

Flood-damaged instruments once belonging to Keith Urban, Brad Paisley, Kenny Chesney, Vince Gill, and others are now helping others. The musical equipment will be auctioned off next month by NASH2O [[Nash-two-oh]], a nonprofit organization whose goal is to support flood relief efforts in Nashville. Urban says he's more than happy to support the cause. He notes that while he and other performers suffered major equipment losses, what they experienced pales next to what others suffered in the May disaster. NASH2O will hold a party in Nashville on October 12th to kick off the auction. Proceeds from the auction will benefit MusicCares Nashville Flood Relief Fund for music industry professionals, Nashville Musicians Association Flood Relief Fund for uninsured musicians, and rescue departments.
