Report: Lindsay Lohan Mentoring Fellow Rehab Patients
Lindsay Lohan doesn't appear to be letting her time in rehab prevent her from helping others. TMZ.com is citing sources who say the troubled actress is "passionate" about mentoring some of the girls she's met while at the UCLA Medical Center. Insiders say the "Mean Girls" star has become friendly with several of the other women, adding that she writes them inspirational notes and provides them with advice. A source adds that Lohan isn't receiving any special treatment while in rehab, noting that if anything they are harder on her to prove that they don't have favorites.
Last week it was reported that Lohan could be leaving rehab before the end of her 90 day sentence. The program she's enrolled in only lasts 45 days, so judge Elden Fox could decide to send her to outpatient care. Lindsay was sentenced to 90 days in jail and 90 days in rehab after she violated her probation from stemming from a 2007 DUI arrest. She's already completed her jail term.
