Phillies Fan Sentenced After Vomiting On Cop At Game
(Philadelphia, PA) -- A Philadelphia Phillies fan who pled guilty to intentionally vomiting on an off-duty police officer during a game is behind bars. Matthew Clemmens, the 21-year-old Cherry Hill man nicknamed "Pukémon" by the media, was sentenced to 30 to 90 days in jail, two years' probation, and 50 hours of community service. Common Pleas Court Judge Kevin Dougherty suggested the community service might be fulfilled through custodial work at Citizens Bank Park, where the April incident took place.
