Jamey Johnson, Randy Travis, and Lorrie Morgan have signed on for the upcoming salute to Kris Kristofferson and Willie Nelson. MusicRow.com says they're the latest additions to this year's Leadership Music Dale Franklin Award gala, in which Kristofferson and Nelson are set to be honored along with producer and Monument Records executive Fred Foster. The three are this year's recipients of the Leadership Music Dale Franklin Award, which they'll receive at the ceremony. Previously announced performers include Lee Ann Womack and Rodney Crowell, while Vince Gill is on board to emcee the event. The Leadership Music Dale Franklin Award gala will take place in Nashville on August 29th.The award, presented by the educational organization Leadership Music, recognizes, quote, "music industry leaders who exemplify the highest quality of leadership and leading by example." Kristofferson, Nelson, and Foster are being noted as trailblazers in country music.
