Scented Billboard Getting Attention In North Carolina

Motorists in Mooresville, North Carolina are being treated to the smell of barbeque during their daily commute. MyFox8.com is reporting that the grocery store Bloom has introduced a billboard that smells like meat. The scented billboard is shaped like a giant piece of steak on a fork. It produces a smell with the help of a high-powered fan that blows air over cartridges packed with barbeque fragrance oil. A spokeswoman for Bloom says the billboard is a great way to gain notoriety saying, quote, "With all the advertising around, you wanna be able to jump out and really grab the consumer's attention." Bloom plans to continue with their steak-scented billboard until June 18th.
