Parents Call Cops On Son For Stealing Mom's Jewelry

A sixth-grader in Florida was taught a difficult lesson by his parents earlier this week. According to "The Ledger," the child's parents called the police after he stole and then gave away more than seven-thousand-dollars worth of his mother's jewelry. Authorities say he gave away several items to his classmates, including a white gold ring, a diamond ring, and a sapphire ring. The boy was booked into Bay County Jail on theft charges. He has since been taken to the Department of Juvenile Justice.
