Mark Chesnutt To Perform For U.S. Troops In South Korea

Mark Chesnutt has plans to visit U.S. troops stationed overseas. The singer is slated to travel with the Tennessee National Guard across the Pacific for a series of concerts at U.S. bases in South Korea. Chesnutt has played at U.S. military bases overseas before, performing last year at bases in Iraq and Kuwait. He says he's looking forward to once again entertaining the men and women wearing our country's uniform. He notes, quote, "I'm very happy to be able to go visit our troops again this year. These people just want to have a taste of home, and I plan on giving that to them." Chesnutt's tour will begin at Camp Casey on April 8th. Other stops include Camp Humphreys on April 9th, and Kunsan Air Base on April 10th, as well as a visit to the Demilitarized Zone -- the area that separates North and South Korea.
