Sara Evans wants to curb her ex-husband's comments regarding their divorce. "The Nashville Post" says the singer has taken out a restraining order against Craig Schelske in an effort to block him from making, quote, "any derogatory statements about Evans to the media" and to keep him from making, quote, "allegations about what led to their divorce in the fall of 2007." Evans and Schelske's marriage ended in the fall of 2006 with the country star filing for divorce. At the time they both accused each other of infidelity, and they both denied having affairs. It became an even higher-profile split since it occurred while Evans was competing on ABC's "Dancing With the Stars," and prompted her to leave the competition. CMT.com says a hearing in the matter is scheduled for March 15th.Evans has since moved on with her personal life. Her divorce from Schelske became final in 2007, and in 2008 she married sports radio personality Jay Barker.
