Airline Passenger Eats Winning Lottery Ticket
When an airline passenger learned he couldn't cash in his winning lottery ticket at 30-thousand feet, he did the unthinkable -- he ate the 15-thousand-dollar ticket. "The Australian" reports the passenger was traveling from Krakow, Poland, to the U.K. when the cabin crew offered their congratulations and advised the winner to cash in his prize from the company once the plane lands. The man wanted his cash, however, in mid-air. He reportedly grew so irate he shoved the ticket in his mouth and started chewing. Ryanair is asking customers to go online and vote on which charity will get the prize money.
