Michigan Man Shoots Up Hotel Room
A bizarre incident played out inside a Michigan hotel room over the weekend. MLive.com is reporting that a 53-year-old man was arrested Sunday morning for shooting up his room at the Albion Inn. The Dearborn Heights resident is also accused of placing the room's alarm clock in a microwave. Police were eventually able to get the man to surrender, at which point they found a letter that read, quote, "God delivered me from evil and placed me in Albion, Michigan." The man was taken to the Calhoun County Jail where he was charged with felonious assault, possession of a firearm while committing a felony, destruction of property and reckless discharge of a firearm. An arraignment and mental evaluation are pending.
