Rosie O'Donnell is targeting a return to talk show syndication. Showbiz411.com reports that the comedienne is collaborating on a TV syndication deal with Scott Carlin -- who once headed up HBO's domestic distribution, and Dick Robertson -- former Warner syndication chief. O'Donnell's latest run at the talk show format reportedly is slated for syndication in 2011. That's the same year media powerhouse Oprah Winfrey will wind down her wildly-successful "Oprah Winfrey Show." O'Donnell, Robertson, and Carlin plan to produce the new show independently via a new company.
