Newlywed Couple Spends First Night Married In Jail

Married life hasn't been easy for one Massachusetts couple. According to the "Cape Cod Times," Marissa Putignano-Keene and Timothy Keene were arrested on Monday after Marissa tried to strike a woman and her son with their car. The couple had just tied the knot at Barnstable Town Hall when they spotted a woman who had a prior relationship with the groom. Putignano-Keene yelled profanities at the woman and then allegedly tried to run her and her son over. The 22-year-old bride wound up crashing the car into a fence and was taken into custody. She has been charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, while Timothy Keene was charged with disorderly conduct. Marissa Putignano-Keene is due back in court on April 2nd for a pretrial hearing.
