Former Mayor Billed Baltimore For Haircuts

A former Maryland mayor is accused of billing her city hundreds of dollars to get her hair done. Sheila Dixon billed the city of Baltimore 260-dollars for hair styling. Dixon's stylist submitted invoices for "curling and styling hair" twice in 2008 and once this year. That's according to records obtained by the "Baltimore Sun." Dixon told the paper that she sometimes had her hair styled before appearing on the city's public access channel. Dixon resigned in disgrace earlier this year after pleading guilty to perjury charges.
