Cutting In Line Leads To Fight At Wendy's

A Florida man learned the hard way that it is not polite to cut in line. "Naples Daily News" is reporting that Tony Eugene James and JaJuan Alle Smith reportedly beat Eric Miller for cutting in line at a Wendy's fast food restaurant. Last Sunday night, a reportedly intoxicated Miller jumped in front of James to ask for some sauce. The two began arguing, at which point Smith and James allegedly started hitting Miller. Another man who tried to break up the fight was also struck. Fort Myers police eventually located Smith and James and charged them with disorderly conduct. Tony Eugene James has also charged with Battery.
