Chow.com has posted recipes for traditional fare like Irish Cheddar and Stout Fondue and Braised Beef that incorporate the dark, Irish brew. The website has also served up a few surprises like Guinness-Milk Chocolate Ice Cream and Chocolate Guinness Cupcakes. What's in the cupcakes? Eggs, milk, sour cream, unsweetened cocoa, other standard items from the pantry, and entire bottle of beer. Guinness got its start in Dublin, Ireland in the 18th century.
