Celebrating The Man In Black

Today marks what would have been the late Johnny Cash's 78th birthday. To honor the legendary "Man In Black," fans are encouraged to support the "Wear Black For Johnny" campaign by dressing in black. The campaign includes a Facebook event, in which fans can post Cash photos and pictures of themselves wearing black. Those who participate in the birthday photo salute will be eligible to win the five-disc Cash box set, "Unearthed," as well as his new studio album, "American VI: Ain't No Grave." The lucky recipient will be picked March 12th.

"American VI: Ain't No Grave" arrived in stores this week. It's the final disc in Cash's series of recordings made with producer Rick Rubin, and the second posthumous release from the country music giant. His previous effort, "American V: A Hundred Highways," was released in July 2006. Johnny Cash died on September 12, 2003 after years of declining health.
