Charlie Daniels is back on the concert trail. On Saturday night, the country star is slated to play his first concert since suffering a mild stroke six weeks ago. The 73-year-old singer suffered the stroke while snowmobiling in Colorado back in January. Just a few days later Daniels took to his "Soapbox" blog to assure fans that he was OK. He noted that the incident confirmed his faith, stating, quote, "There were so many things that made me know that God was ordering our steps," and that, quote, "everything worked like clockwork" when it came to getting him the help he needed so he didn't suffer any severe consequences of the stroke.Daniels said the only lingering affects seemed to be a numbness in his left hand and some stiffness in his left arm, for which he underwent physical therapy. He added that he didn't think his performance schedule would be affected by the medical emergency. Daniels has two shows scheduled in Florida this weekend. He's slated to perform in Fort Pierce on Saturday, and he'll be in Brooksville Sunday night.
