Funnyman Howie Mandel has a big new gig. E! Online reports that the 54-year-old comic will fill David Hasselhoff's shoes on "America's Got Talent" in its fifth season. Hasselhoff -- aka "The Hoff" -- issued a statement last week telling fans that he was leaving the reality talent competition to create his own TV show. Mandel will judge America's talented -- and not-so-talented -- alongside returning judges Sharon Osbourne and Piers Morgan. "American Idol's" Simon Cowell serves as a co-creator on the summer hit which airs on NBC.Mandel left his long-running "Deal or No Deal" hosting responsibilities when the show was canceled early last year.
