Man Flees From Wal-Mart In Hospital Gown

Shoppers at a Pennsylvania Wal-Mart witnessed a bizarre scene last week. According to the "Herald Standard," Craig Owen David Jr. fled the store last week wearing a hospital gown and driving a motorized scooter. The 32-year-old's ex-girlfriend, Misty Shriver, met David at Wal-Mart last Tuesday to give him money to buy a prescription. David, who had been released from the hospital earlier in the day, allegedly stole 50-dollars from his former-flame and then exited the store on a motorized scooter. Police eventually apprehended the Smithfield resident, and placed him in Fayette County Prison on 20-thousand-dollar cash bond. He is now facing charges of robbery and disorderly conduct.
