Chicago Bears Apologize To Fans In Newspaper Ad

The NFL Chicago Bears -- apparently unhappy with how their season ended -- have apologized to fans. In a full-page ad that appeared in both of Chicago's major newspapers, Bears officials told fans the team "did not perform at our best" and that winning is their "top priority." The team also praised Chicago fans, saying they played their role perfectly. Team officials also promised not to rest until they bring a championship back to Chicago. The Bears have missed the playoffs three seasons in a row.
