Jimmy Wayne is getting support from his fellow country stars for his "Meet Me Halfway" campaign. The singer noted Monday night via Twitter, quote, "Dierks Bentley texted me today & said he was donating to HomeBase in support of "MMH." Thanks Bro! Let's show DB some love!" With "Meet Me Halfway" Wayne is trying to bring attention to the issue of homelessness and raise money for organizations that help those who have no home by walking halfway across America -- hoofing it 14-hundred miles from Nashville to Phoenix.HomeBase Youth Services, which is based in Bentley's hometown of Phoenix, Arizona, is one of the charities Wayne is supporting with his efforts. Wayne began his lengthy trek on New Year's Day, setting out from Nashville's Monroe Harding, another organization that serves both children and adults in need. Wayne, who spent part of his teenage years living on the streets, says he especially wants to help at-risk teens and young adults.
