Charlie Sheen Is Heading Back To Court

Charlie Sheen is heading back to the scene of his alleged crime next month. TMZ.com reports that the actor has been ordered to attend a February 8th hearing related to his domestic violence charges in Aspen. The "Two and a Half Men" actor had wanted to phone in his presence. However, on Thursday, a Colorado judge rejected the request. The 44-year-old must now return to address allegations that he threatened his wife Brooke Mueller with a knife on Christmas Day. Sheen has denied the allegations against him. Attorneys for both Sheen and Mueller say that the husband and wife -- who share two infant sons together -- would like to reconcile.
