"The Bachelor" Returns For A Fourteenth Season On ABC

New year, new bachelor. ABC's hit matchmaking series "The Bachelor" returns tonight for a 14th season. This season, 25 young women will vie for the affections of soulmate-searching commercial pilot Jake Pavelka from Denton, Texas. The 31-year-old's potential mates include a teacher, an NBA dancer, several models, and two Elizabeths. ABC.com refers to the same-named contestants, both 29-years-old, as "Elizabeth From Nebraska" and "Elizabeth from Washington DC." Nebraska Elizabeth is a nanny, while DC Elizabeth is a Captain in the Air National Guard. TV personality Chris Harrison will return to host as the romance unfolds. The two-hour season premiere of "The Bachelor" begins tonight at 8:00 p.m. Eastern on ABC.
