Talk about a Way To Save Money....

A graduate student at Duke University is shedding the comforts of a conventional lifestyle to save a few dollars. The "Charlotte Observer" reports that 26-year-old Ken Ilgunas is living in his van in order to reduce his debt. Ilgunas parks his 1994 Ford Econoline on the edge of campus, and relies on camping equipment to prepare his food. The Niagara Falls native showers in the campus gym and visits the school's 24-hour buildings to connect to the Internet. Ilgunas is learning to enjoy his new home stating, quote, "Generally it's not the most convenient place. The closest bathroom is a quarter-mile away, and there's now source of water nearby. But with that said, I live pretty comfortably."
