\Kenny Chesney, Rascal Flatts, and Taylor Swift will soon learn if their tours are award winning treks. The country stars are among the nominees for the 2009 Billboard Touring Awards, taking place in New York City tonight. Chesney's Sun City Carnival faces Rascal Flatts' American Living Unstoppable Tour for the fan-voted Eventful Fans' Choice Award, while Chesney's trek is also a contender for Top Package. Swift is a hopeful in the Breakthrough category.
