Truck Driver Faces Charges After Stinky Commute

(Fairfax County, VA) -- A truck driver is facing charges in Virginia after causing a stinky commute. It happened earlier this week on Interstate 66 when a speeding tractor-trailer flipped over in the westbound lanes in Merrifield. The result was a load of garbage all over the road. Virginia State Police say Oscar Albarracin of New York suffered non life-threatening injuries in the wreck but is facing reckless driving charges. The spill closed the road for hours and took a while to be cleaned up.
