Tim McGraw Puts His Family First

Tim McGraw says there's a direct link between his family and the other areas of his life. He explains that for him and wife Faith Hill their kids come first, and the status of the homefront tends to set the tone for whatever else is going on. But when it comes to keeping everything running smoothly, Tim admits Faith seems to do a better job than he does. He explains, quote, "She's so type-A. She's very organized, and she's got my career and all the things that I do and her career and all the things that she does, and the house, and all the family stuff, and then the three girls with all their different their interests, and there's such a great schedule." McGraw adds that they also have "great people working for us."
