(Dubai) -- Tiger Woods will be fined for spitting during a golf tournament in Dubai over the weekend. The European Tour released a statement saying that the tournament director has reviewed the incident and feels there was a significant enough breach of the code of conduct to warrant a fine. Woods was seen spitting several times on Sunday as he saw his chances of winning the tournament slip away. There's no word on how much the fine will be.
