Shoveled Parking Spot Leads To Violence

(Greenwich, CT) -- This winter's rough weather is being blamed with a fight over a parking spot. It happened in Connecticut earlier this week when two men wanted the same shoveled parking spot. Police in Greenwich say 70-year-old Moses Montanez shoveled out a parking spot for himself when another man drove up and pulled into it. The two then got into a confrontation that got out of hand when police say Montanez tried to whack the other man with his shovel. Martinez ended up behind bars and is facing reckless endangerment and breach of peace charges.
