Naked Sledging World Championships Held In Germany

A group of nearly-naked competitors recently sped down the slopes of Germany. According to the U.K.'s "Orange" news, the Naked Sledging World Championships were held in Braunlage. A record crowd of 17-thousand spectators showed up to watch men and women wearing just their underwear race to the finish. Competitors sledged down a 295-foot course, with the winner receiving more than 16-hundred-dollars. Race organizer Tobias Wannemaker says this year's Naked Sledging World Championship was a huge success, stating, quote, "We had people of all ages, shapes and sizes. It made for an interesting selection. Next year we hope we can select more people."
