MOST AMERICANS HAVEN'T FILED THEIR TAXES YET

So, have you filed your taxes yet? A Rasmussen Reports poll shows that only 29-percent of Americans have already put that task behind them. However, most people intend to get the job done in the coming weeks. Nearly 90-percent expect to file their taxes on or before April 15th, while five-percent are pretty sure they'll need to file for an extension. Nearly three-quarters of the early filers anticipate getting a refund. Overall, 43-percent believe they're owed money from the government, while 18-percent say they'll be sending a check with their tax forms. One out of four filers "expect to break even," but 15-percent don't know if a refund is coming or if they need to pay.
