Jason Aldean Restructuring His Schedule To Make More Family Time

Jason Aldean admits it's getting tougher for him emotionally to go on tour. He explains that it has to do with his children. Jason says he's trying to restructure his schedule to accommodate his needs to be both at home and on the road, which is resulting in him playing fewer shows. He explains that in the past he'd play at least 120 shows a year but in 2011 he's cut that down to 80. Jason's hoping the change will help him balance his work with his family and, quote, "even it out a little bit." Aldean is currently on his "My Kinda Party" tour, which he launched nearly four weeks ago. But he's had a bit of a break this month. Jason's last show was in Chattanooga, Tennessee on February 5th, and his next concert is set for Florence, South Carolina on February 24th.

Aldean has two daughters. His oldest, Keeley, just turned eight on Valentine's Day, and his youngest, Kendyl, is three-and-a-half.
