It's turning into a game of "she-said," "he-said" for Halle Berry and her former boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry. The former couple is waging a war over the custody of their nearly-three-year-old daughter, Nahla. TMZ cites sources who say Berry thinks Aubry has jealousy issues, adding that he's an irresponsible parent. Aubry, meanwhile, characterizes his Oscar-winning ex as capable of rage and parental neglect. He says when he traveled to South Africa and London to be near his daughter while Berry shot a film, the actress would leave Nahla behind for days at a time. Berry reportedly characterizes Aubry as petty. The "Monster" star adds that Aubry put their daughter in danger at one point due to his inattentiveness.
Berry has dropped out of the film "New Year's Eve" to fight for custody of Nahla. Last December, Aubry asked the court to recognize him as Nahla's legal father in an effort to establish shared custody.
