Report: David Arquette Leaves Rehab

David Arquette is out of rehab. A rep for the actor tells TMZ.com that Arquette has completed his treatment for reported alcohol issues. Arquette checked into a facility over the New Year's weekend. The move followed his highly-publicized split from actress Courteney Cox and after several chatty incidents in which the actor spilled personal details about his marital issues and his extramarital encounters to several media outlets. Cox said she was supportive of Arquette's decision to go to rehab. The two have been married for eleven years after meeting on the set of the 1996 film "Scream." Cox and Arquette will be seen together again in the fourth installment of the horror-comedy franchise in April.
